OUR PROGRAMS

Our movement programs have been designed to address pain and mobility issues by reducing inflammation, enhancing blood circulation, releasing endorphins (the body’s natural painkillers), supporting the development of balanced muscle strength, lubricating joints, enhancing flexibility, and increasing range of motion. 

In just 10 sessions you will learn how to LISTEN to your body, IDENTIFY problem areas, and use movement to IMPROVE your well-being. 

Our programs are offered in two formats:

  1. Personalized Coaching – work with a movement coach
  2. Group Coaching – join a live session online or in-person
