Feet and Ankles
The foot and ankle are complex parts of the body that comprise 26 bones and 33 small joints that are supported by muscles, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, and nerves. It is common to experience pain and mobility issues around the feet and ankles at some point in your life.
The feet and ankle are supposed to naturally move in more than one direction, and therefore, linear movement patterns restrict the ankle’s range of motion.
