MOVEMENT. IMPACT. SUSTAINABILITY
FEMIKATY
Movement for Change
Femikaty is our social impact program. At the Core of our work is functional movement therapy, a powerful tool we use to address pain and mobility challenges. But our impact goes far beyond physical well-being- it’s about dignity, empowerment and lasting change.
Serving Low Income Women
Our flagship social impact initiative is dedicated to low-income women, a group disproportionately affected by chronic pain and limited mobility yet often excluded from affordable healthcare solutions. Women struggle with a multitude of health impacts, and yet they are expected to function normally on a day to day basis. Women experience higher rates of morbidity, anxiety, depression and demoralization. Moreover, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, osteoporosis, and migraines affect women disproportionately to men.
We provide women access to our online sessions free-of-charge. Through our inclusive and compassionate approach, we help women regain control over their bodies, restore mobility, and improve overall health- without the financial burden.
Our Measurable Outcomes
We don’t just hope we’re making a difference- we measure it. Here’s what we track:
- ✅ Reduced rates of chronic pain
- ✅ Improved mobility and physical function
- ✅ Enhanced well-being and quality of life
By closely monitoring our outcomes, we ensure that our programs are not only compassionate but also effective and scalable.
Why it Matters
Our goal is to build sustainable communities by improving women’s health. When women can move without pain, they can participate more fully in work, family, and community life. They gain confidence, independence, and the freedom to live actively. The ripple effect of improved mobility extends far beyond the individual – it lifts families and strengthens communities.
Be Part of the Impact
Whether you’re a partner, donor, or advocate, you can join us in advancing health equity through movement. Together, we can break down barriers and build a world where every woman – regardless of income – has the opportunity to live well and move freely.
