Wrists
The wrist is the hinge between the arm and hand. It consists of eight bones (on the back of the hand and on the underside of the wrist), muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, connective tissues and blood vessels. The wrist enables interactions that involve touching, holding or using the hands and fingers. The most common conditions that affect the wrist are injuries, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and tendonitis.
